Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing Time

We ship all of our orders within 1 to 2 business days from the date of artwork approval. All of our products are printed and shipped from our California facility.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order with no minimum purchase required.

 

Shipping Options, Cost and Delivery Date

All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, Express (3-Day), 2-Day or Overnight Shipping. FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight Saturday delivery options are also available.

Our Live Shipping Estimator provides a list of delivery options that includes various shipping methods, real-time shipping costs, and estimated order arrival times for our customers. Look for it on our product pages and the checkout page. Here's an example of the shipping estimator.

Shipping Method Example

Order Tracking

Shipment tracking is included in every order. You will receive an email with the FedEx tracking number on the day when your order is shipped.

Delivery Issue

Please contact our customer service, within 7 business days of the delivery date represented in your tracking information, if you did not receive your order, or if the order is damaged during transportation. We will either reprint or issue you a refund. Please call 1-800-308-8160 or email hello@artalksdisplay.com

 

Cancellation Policy

If any order is canceled before artwork approval, there will be no cancellation fee. An order cannot be canceled if we have received artwork approval and sign production has started. Rush order cannot be canceled. Please send any cancellation request to hello@artalksdisplay.com.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Return Procedure & Return Window

Every order is custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re not satisfied with the delivered product for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

Please follow the steps below:

1) Send a photo of the product in question to return@artalksdisplay.com. Please also provide the Order ID# and describe the issue of the finished product.

2) You may also call us at 1-800-308-8160 to speak to one of our customer service representatives regarding the issue. Every request will be reviewed and replied within 1 business day.

 

Reprint or Refund

We will either reprint or issue a full refund if your order contains printing errors and/or defects. You are not required to return the original order. Reprint order will be shipped via the original shipping method within 1 to 2 business days. Artwork cannot be altered. If you choose to receive a full refund, we will process the refund request within 1 business day and send you the confirmation email. Refund can only be credited back to the original payment method.
